We are looking for a Customer Service Operations Specialist to support customer onboarding, account management and service operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Operations Specialist supports customer account setup, service coordination and day-to-day operational activities. This role ensures accurate account maintenance, resolves customer inquiries, monitors service performance and collaborates with internal teams to deliver efficient and compliant customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer account onboarding, setup and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate customer requests, service inquiries, orders and returns.
- Monitor account activity and identify potential service issues or exceptions.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and system updates.
- Track cases, workflows and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement and other teams to support customer needs.
- Escalate complex issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Support process documentation, training materials and operational best practices.

What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Procurement, Communications or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer operations, account onboarding, service coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in logistics, healthcare or supply chain environments is a plus.
Skills
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
- Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
