We are seeking a talented individual to join our JLT Risk Solutions finance and operations team, part of our Risk business at Marsh. Based in the Adelaide - Frome office this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

The role provides administrative support to all Public Sector divisions in South Australia. You will be working with in team to meet all administrative requirement within given time frames.

We will count on you to:

• Manage all mail boxes assigned to the operations team.
• Processing of accounts for all SA Schemes.
• Logging of Workers Comp incidents.
• Indexing of medical reports.
• Processing workers comp new incident reports.
• Download medical certificates from RTWSA.
• Send monthly reports to RTWSA.
• During the renewal process – assistance with review of documentation & update of information when required.
• Answer telephones – The team manage the overflow calls for all SA divisions. Required to manage call when required.
• Attend meeting and take meeting minutes.
• Liaises with internal divisions when required to complete job tasks.
• Assisting the team to complete task as and when required.

What you need to have:

• Proficient in Microsoft suite.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self- starter who works independently within a team environment
• Professional demeanour
