As suas responsabilidades | What You'll Do

We are looking for a Customer Service Attendant to join our Customer Service organization in Lisbon.

This role is responsible for managing all activities related to the end‑customer order and service lifecycle, ensuring efficient handling of orders, inventories, and customer requests while maintaining high service levels aligned with company standards.

The position plays a key role in supporting customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

• Independently manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment and invoicing.
• Handle replenishments and spot interventions, ensuring successful execution and timely resolution for the end customer.
• Manage backorders, proactively identifying and reporting issues related to material shortages.
• Ensure accurate customer master data management, including creation and updates within ERP systems.
• Implement actions to guarantee service level targets are met.
• Monitor material expiration dates and returns, in collaboration with sales agents and specialists.
• Manage inventory results after stock counts, identifying discrepancies and ensuring closure within 30 days.
• Ensure timely material returns following spot interventions and closure of deposits, coordinating with logistics providers.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and accounting stock, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Provide regular insights and reporting to the direct manager on customer portfolio performance, highlighting system or process anomalies.
  

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma with a business, commercial, or administrative focus.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a commercial or customer service environment; entry‑level candidates may be considered with a structured onboarding plan.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Assertiveness and adaptability
  • Stress management and ability to work in dynamic environments
  • Confidentiality and customer‑oriented mindset
  • Openness to change and continuous improvement
• Technical knowledge:
  • Proficiency in English (B2)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, JDE, MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
