About the role

The mission of this role is to provide analytical and operational support to Customer Marketing, turning customer, shopper, activation and performance data into simple insights, trackers and actions that improve planning and execution.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain customer marketing trackers: Produce regular views of activation delivery, spend, important metrics, M&E, customer performance and action follow-up across channels.
• Support planning and cycle readiness: Prepare insight, customer data, sales cycle materials, activation calendars and post-activity analysis for Customer Marketing Managers.
• Turn data into practical insight: Analyse shopper, customer, market, CRM and campaign data to find opportunities, risks and improvements.
• Improve data and process quality: Maintain clean inputs, documentation, templates and control logs that make routines repeatable and easy for teams to use.
• Support cross-functional decisions: Provide clear, simple summaries for Sales, RGM, Category, Shopper and Finance stakeholders to help prioritise action.

About you

• Execution excellence: Turns strategy into simple standards, customer actions and field routines that improve availability, visibility, quality and compliance.
• Data-led prioritisation: Uses insight, CRM and performance data to focus effort on the customers, outlets, occasions and brands that matter most.
• Collaborator influence: Works across Sales, Customer Marketing, RGM, Supply, Finance and external partners to tackle issues and land plans at pace

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Experience in commercial analysis, sales operations, customer marketing, finance, category, RGM or business intelligence roles.
• Sophisticated Excel and good Power BI or dashboarding capability; experience with NielsenIQ, IRI, Dunnhumby, CRM or customer data is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality approach and ability to translate insight into clear commercial actions.
• Organised, curious and comfortable working with Sales, Customer Marketing, RGM, Finance and D&T stakeholders through busy commercial cycles.
• FMCG, retail, hospitality or beverage alcohol experience preferred.
