About the Customer Marketing team

Customer Marketing is Alan’s voice to customers, and their voice back to Alan.

Customer Marketing sits close to the business so we can hear the reality of customer and commercial conversations first-hand, craft the sharpest possible narrative, and turn what works into scalable programmes and assets.

As a Customer Marketer, you will turn customer, market, and field insight into clear narratives, useful programmes, and concrete actions that improve customer adoption, commercial effectiveness, and business growth.

Concretely, our team works on missions such as:

• Turning customer and market insight into positioning, messaging, and narratives.

• Helping commercial teams communicate and adopt our value proposition.

• Designing customer or segment go-to-market programmes.

• Supporting rollout, adoption, and feedback loops across teams or markets.

• Bringing field signals back into Marketing, Product, and business decisions.

• Turning customer discovery and market monitoring into actionable recommendations.

• Scaling useful assets, programmes, and ways of working across markets and segments.

What you will do

• Independently own an ambiguous but defined Customer Marketing workstream from diagnosis through rollout.

• Turn customer, market, and field insight into clear narratives, useful programmes, and concrete actions.

• Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and local teams to move initiatives forward.

• Prioritise opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, and available evidence.

• Design rollout, adoption, and feedback mechanisms.

• Define relevant metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on results.

• Connect Customer Marketing work to adoption, commercial effectiveness, or business growth.

What we are looking for

• Experience owning a meaningful Customer Marketing, commercial, GTM, or customer-facing Marketing scope.

• Strong customer and commercial judgment.

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and make clear choices.

• Strong communication, narrative, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience turning insight into action, adoption, or measurable business impact.

• Ability to work hands-on with limited direction.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to expand your scope over time.

For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range.
