Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, as well as weekly pipeline creation goals.
- Facilitates efficient and in-depth product demonstrations to customers with the Sales Solutions team.
- Introduces new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them up to speed on our latest product enhancements and new releases.
- Understands and articulate complex business issues and how technology will address these issues.
- Creates long term relationship within customer leadership team and develop reference ability within install base.
- Partners with others within Epicor to sell our solution.
- Conducts account and territory planning.
- Generates of leads through social selling and leveraging own network.
- Follows up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory.
- Some travel is expected in support of sales efforts.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proven presentation and demonstration skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
- 2+ years ERP experience.
- 2+ years account management and/or sales experience including customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of consistent quota attainment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
