As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Architectural Design.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with system integration and ensuring interoperability across diverse platforms.
- Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to meet project requirements.
- Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring high availability of software solutions.
- Competence in guiding teams through complex technical challenges and architectural decisions.

Additional Information:
