Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring TIBCO middleware components to support enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of system integration patterns and best practices within TIBCO environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to TIBCO infrastructure and deployments.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability considerations for TIBCO-based solutions.
- Competence in coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
