Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands continuous alignment of project outcomes with business needs, fostering collaboration among team members, and maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions. The lead actively participates in strategic planning and problem-solving to drive innovation and efficiency within the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ivalua.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to custom software development.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and design innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate teams through technical and project challenges.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Ivalua.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
