Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. Your role demands a thoughtful approach to creating efficient and scalable applications that support business operations effectively, while continuously adapting to evolving project demands and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Spark.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code for data processing pipelines.
- Experience in debugging and optimizing PySpark applications for performance improvements.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and working with large datasets in a cloud or on-premise environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
