As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that embrace modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to support organizational goals and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Visualization, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong knowledge of process mining techniques and their application in software development.
- Ability to integrate process mining tools with custom software solutions to optimize workflows.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to process mining implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
