Summary:
Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Support Consultant to support Oil & Gas production accounting, hydrocarbon measurement, operational data management, and historian platforms. The role involves AMS/Production Support for applications such as FLOWCAL, PI System, IP.21, Production Reporting, Allocation, and Asset Performance Management solutions while ensuring system availability, data accuracy, and continuous service improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for production accounting, measurement, historian, and operational data applications.
Support incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot data quality, measurement, allocation, and reporting issues.
Support system integrations, interfaces, and scheduled data processing jobs.
Perform application administration, configuration changes, and minor enhancements.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Production Accounting, and IT teams.
Participate in testing, upgrades, patching, and release activities.
Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and ITIL support processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
8-10 years of AMS / Production Support experience.
Experience in FLOWCAL, Production Accounting, Hydrocarbon Measurement, or Allocation Systems.
Knowledge of AVEVA PI System, PI Historian, Aspen IP.21, or Operational Data Historians.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Understanding of Oil & Gas production operations and business processes.
Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.
Good to Have Skills
AspenTech applications (IP.21, Fidelis, Manufacturing Suite).
Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions.
Reliability and Integrity Management applications.
SCADA, Industrial Automation, or OT systems.
Power BI, reporting, and dashboard tools.

Additional Information:
Experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Energy, or Process Manufacturing industries preferred.
Exposure to production reporting, operational data management, and measurement systems is highly desirable.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
Location: Pune.
