Summary:
As an SPFx Technical Lead, a typical day involves leading the development and delivery of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx). The role requires translating business requirements into technical solutions, guiding development teams, performing code reviews, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable and high-quality applications. The individual works closely with architects, stakeholders, and project teams to drive technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions.
Build responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and third-party services.
Customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and modern pages.
Package, deploy, and manage SPFx solutions using Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain SharePoint applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development and SPFx.
Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Graph API.
Knowledge of SharePoint REST APIs and PnP JS.
Familiarity with Azure AD authentication and Azure Functions is an advantage.
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7+ years of SharePoint experience and 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
