Role Description
Drives application security within the IT Hub, coordinating local initiatives and partnering with development teams and stakeholders in close collaboration with the AppSec PL and global AppSec team. Promotes Secure SDLC practices, x1 Senior Required Skills conducts threat modelling and security reviews, and aligns stakeholders on secure design decisions. Contributes to global AppSec standards and initiatives, ensuring consistent adoption across teams. Delivers AppSec trainings and presentations to diverse audiences.

Skills
Deep understanding of application security and Secure SDLC
Experience in threat modeling and secure architecture for applications and APIs
Ability to work independently and proactively and to coordinate security across teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong software development and AWS cloud security knowledge

Responsibilities
The Application Security (AppSec) team partners with product and engineering teams throughout the lifecycle to identify risks, enable secure design decisions, and to protect applications in prod. development Working across soon four locations, we rely on clear communication, active contribution, knowledge sharing, and shared ownership to stay aligned. We challenge ideas through open, constructive dialogue to drive better decisions. Security is integrated into development workflows with a strong focus on minimizing friction business services and dev teams and constantly improved in that respect
