As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient software solutions that support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable data pipelines.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex data workflows.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
