Job Title - Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) + Team Lead Management Level : 09 – Team Lead Location: No location constraint Must have skills: Oracle ARCS, Oracle Hyperion EPM Good to have skills: NA Experience: 7+ years of relevant implementation experience is required Educational Qualification: B.Tech/CA/CMA/MBA Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced EPM Lead with 7+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM, specializing in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in implementing and supporting ARCS solutions, a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes, and the ability to lead end-to-end EPM projects while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support. -Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle EPM solutions. -Configure and implement Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules. -Design and develop standard and custom reports to meet business reporting requirements. -Integrate ARCS with General Ledger, sub-ledgers, and Oracle EPM consolidation applications. -Provide technical leadership, solution architecture, and best practice recommendations throughout the project lifecycle. -Collaborate with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. -Conduct user training, prepare functional and technical documentation, and provide post-go-live support. -Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization. -Travel to client locations as required for project delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: -7+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM with strong expertise in Oracle ARCS. -Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation projects. -Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Accounting, General Ledger, and reconciliation processes. -Hands-on experience with Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching. -Experience with Oracle EPM integrations, reporting, and application development. -Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. -Strong leadership and project management skills. -Excellent communication and presentation abilities. -Customer-focused with a consultative approach -Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -High attention to detail, quality, and accountability.
