SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA HCM and strong ABAP development capabilities, capable of delivering scalable, efficient, and business-focused HR solutions. Ideally with existing practical experience in Brownfield transformation projects.
Core Technical Skills
Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM modules and HR business processes.
Strong ABAP technical expertise, including:
o Reports
o Interfaces
o Conversions
o Enhancements
o Forms (RICEF)
Object-Oriented ABAP.
BAdIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework.
ABAP debugging and performance tuning.
Workflow and integration development.
Extensive experience with SAP HANA database, CDS Views, AMDP, and analytical queries.
Extensive experience with complex HR integration landscapes, including SAP and non-SAP systems, interface troubleshooting, data synchronization, and middleware-based integrations.
Comfortable with debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Business & Functional Understanding
Strong understanding of HR processes and the strategic role of the HR Business Partner function.
Appreciates the importance of aligning HR systems and technology with business objectives.
Capable of translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Creative in finding solutions within S/4HANA constraints while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
Focused on delivering practical, scalable, and supportable solutions.
Ability to support productive HR environments, resolve critical incidents, and ensure operational continuity during transformation activities
