Introduction to the job
- The Domain Network Lead (DNL) leads the governance and maturity of an assigned CS process domain. The role drives the activation and sustainability of the domain BPO Network, ensuring process ownership, compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded within the regional organization.
- Serve as regional contact point for domain BPO Network communication; cascade to local organization per local practice — keeping communication transparent, timely and effective
- Take ownership on deliverables per BPO network maturity model (refer to maturity model deliverables) and follow through other Domain deliverable owners to ensure progress is trending up instead of idle or downward
- Drive local collaboration among support teams and BPO team; orchestrate the local organization efficiently to enable proper output when required
- Participate at WW BPM/BPO activities, including Network Community meetings, routine calls, sessions with CS BPM experts, and face-to-face events
- Hold the mandate to escalate to Co-Owners if there is potential risk from Network effectiveness or role inefficiency that might cause a sustainability issue
- Monitor role changes and governance health check
- Report progress and updates of the domain BPO Network on a regular basis
- Activate the local feedback loop; ensure voice and feedback is properly captured, and follow up on closure of actions in time
- Conduct yearly maturity assessment to ensure domain ownership maturity is progressing rather than declining
- Continuously strategies communication (e.g. roadshows, newsletters) to enhance BPM awareness in the organization
- Conduct training to operation team to keep BPM knowledge live
- Monitor process adherence and support BPLs to drive improvement with the right means and methods
- Work with Central BPM Team to build the fundamentals of the business process ownership per Roadmap
- Address any other local BPO Network requirements or ad-hoc needs as they evolve over time

- Enable stakeholder collaboration across Co-Owners, BPOs, SMEs, and operational teams.
- Foster a culture of process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate domain maturity assessment, governance reviews, and network forums.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or related areas.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of process governance, process ownership, continuous improvement, and business transformation practices

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
