Your Mission, Should You Choose It

Ever received an email that was so good you actually wanted to click it? That’s no accident. At The Social Hub, our global CRM team makes sure every email feels relevant, looks great and sounds like us. As our CRM & Content Marketing Intern, you’ll be the go-to person for local marketing teams across Europe, helping turn their ideas into campaigns people actually want to read. You’ll get hands-on with campaign planning, email builds and quality checks, while learning how great CRM fits into the bigger marketing picture. You’ll work with different teams, languages and locations, so there’s always something new to figure out. Sound like your kind of thing? We’d love to meet you! You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 5-6 months, starting in February 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate local CRM planning by working closely with hub marketing teams across Europe.
• Help bring email campaigns to life, from planning and content to building and scheduling.
• Check every detail before campaigns go live, from copy and design to links and dates.
• Keep the CRM calendar up to date so everyone knows what’s going out and when.
• Support local teams with questions and ideas, helping them create emails that feel relevant and on brand.
• Learn the bigger picture by seeing how individual campaigns fit into our global CRM strategy.

What You’ll Have

• You’re currently studying marketing, communications, business or a related field.
• You bring a genuine interest in marketing, content and how brands communicate with people.
• You’re confident building relationships and working with different teams.
• You can manage several projects and deadlines without losing track of the details.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and spot typos, broken links and things that don’t look quite right.
• You’re fluent in English, our main working language. Other European languages are a plus.
• You’re curious, proactive and keen to get hands-on experience with CRM tools and email marketing.
