The Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract to support us through the busy peak trading period. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-impact, multichannel CRM campaigns across email, mobile push notifications, and SMS to drive engagement, customer retention, and conversion.

Your Team

You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced CRM and digital marketing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences across all Debenhams Group brands. The team works closely with marketing, merchandising, and analytics functions to create and execute dynamic, data-driven CRM strategies during our highest-volume trading season.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to create, manage, and deliver dynamic campaign content plans across multiple global markets.
• Ensure all communications across email, mobile push notifications, and SMS are strictly on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.
• Assist in developing targeted segmentation strategies to maximize channel engagement rates and drive customer conversion.
• Create innovative and engaging content designed to boost customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation while exceeding key performance indicators.
• Analyse and review campaign performance, reporting actionable insights and deliverability metrics to key stakeholders.
• Support additional CRM channels and contribute to ad hoc technical projects involving advanced targeting and segmentation technologies.
• Utilise Bloomreach to build, schedule, and optimise complex automated customer journeys and targeted campaign executions.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven hands-on experience in a CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign role within retail, e-commerce, or a fast-paced consumer environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Bloomreach (or similar enterprise ESP/CDP platforms) to execute dynamic, personalized campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, A/B testing methodologies, and deliverability metrics.
• A team player with a strong collaborative mindset and a pro-active attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage own time effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• A genuine interest in fashion and retail.
