The Role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Creator Manager to set multi brand strategy across multiple markets. You will work alongside Head of Media and Partnerships to develop the long-term creator strategy for our portfolio of brands, shaping how creators drive brand growth, audience expansion, and business performance.

What you will be doing

• You'll build the creator strategy from the ground up, defining the right portfolio mix of macro, mid-tier, micro, streamers and influencers to hit brand and performance goals.

• You'll design the operating model that makes it repeatable: sourcing frameworks, contracting, compensation models, content guidelines and performance levers.

• You'll run the full creator lifecycle — sourcing, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimisation and iteration — and keep output predictable.

• You'll build the reporting and tracking setup that connects soft awareness metrics through to clicks, conversions, CPA and ROAS.

• You'll own a rigorous testing agenda across formats, hooks, creators and integrations, on both paid and organic distribution.

• You'll partner with Performance, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics and Product, and make sure every piece of creator content is compliant with platform, regulatory and market rules for social casino.

What we are looking for

• A proven track record leading influencer, creator or streamer programmes end to end — ideally in gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment or mobile apps.

• Demonstrated success running performance-driven creator programmes against hard KPIs (CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS).

• Deep hands-on expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety and performance evaluation.

• Sharp negotiation, communication and partnership management skills — you've built long-term relationships with talent, agencies and management teams.

• Highly organised and proactive, comfortable leading several initiatives at once in a fast-moving environment.

• Fluent English, plus a genuine passion for gaming, streaming culture and US creator trends.
