About the Role

The Country Manager role holds primary accountability for achieving Net Sales Value (NSV) and Operating Profit, driving Market Share (MS), executing competitive strategies, and overseeing key commercial initiatives at the regional level. Collaborating closely with the Head of Commercial, this role spearheads market execution, monitoring, and reporting, aligning with strategic priorities, and building winning partnerships with customers and distributors

Top Accountabilities

• Own the commercial performance and P&L delivery of assigned markets, ensuring achievement of business targets.

• Lead annual planning and joint business planning processes with distributor partners.

• Build strong relationships with distributors, customers and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and drive market performance.

• Monitor and evaluate commercial execution through regular business reviews, performance analysis and market visits.

• Drive excellence in execution, measurement and optimization across commercial and marketing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards and responsible marketing practices.

• Partner with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and outstanding business results.

About You

• 5+ years commercial experience with P&L ownership, a plus is experience in another function, e.g., Finance, Marketing, Strategy

• Capable of working within a virtual team and cross-functionally.

• Capable of working with a high sense of initiative and ownership, being self-sufficient and independent.

• Cross-cultural experience is an advantage.

• Developing market experience is an advantage.

• Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
