Country Manager | Iberia (International Position)

We’re looking for a dynamic Country Manager Iberia to lead our commercial growth and field excellence across Spain & Portugal, while collaborating across Southern Europe in this exciting international leadership role.

This is a strategic, field-driven position designed for a results-oriented retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

As Country Manager, you are fully accountable for driving tarte’s commercial success across Iberia. You will:

• Own and accelerate territory sales performance and brand ranking
• Lead, coach, and inspire SES (Sales & Education Specialists) and SET (Sales & Event tarteists™)
• Drive strategic event planning with full P&L responsibility
• Manage and optimize budgets (SET & T&E) with disciplined forecasting and tracking
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top retail talent
• Build strong partnerships with retail stakeholders at store, district, and regional levels
• Ensure stock optimization, merchandising excellence, and competitive market analysis
• Serve as the primary in-market representative, providing strategic insights and operational feedback to corporate leadership

You will work in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager – South EU to influence regional strategy, strengthen execution standards, and support continued expansion across Southern Europe, including collaboration on additional markets such as France.

Who You Are

You’re an entrepreneurial retail leader who blends commercial sharpness with people-first leadership. You bring:

• 5+ years of experience in cosmetics retail, sales, or artistry
• A proven track record of delivering measurable sales growth
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience managing multi-store territories and freelance teams
• Expertise in training, events, and brand education
• High resilience, agility, and operational discipline
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
