We are looking for an experienced Country Head / QA Director to lead our Manila operations and drive the site's operational, financial, and organisational performance. You will work closely with the COO, Global Function Leaders, Commercial teams, and other senior stakeholders to ensure Manila delivers against Testronic's global strategy while meeting local business and customer needs. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Global & Site Operations:

• Lead the overall performance and development of the Manila site in line with Testronic's global strategy. 

• Lead the Manila site reset, focusing on operational excellence, efficiency, cost management, and employee engagement. 

• Ensure the right people, space, hardware, IT, and operational capacity are available to support current and future business demand. 

• Balance productivity, utilisation, capacity, and cost efficiency. 

• Collaborate with global and local leaders to ensure effective cross-functional delivery. 

Organisational Leadership:

• Establish and maintain an effective Manila leadership and operating structure. 

• Optimise the Manila test floor operating model while supporting the development of Testronic's wider global operating model. 

• Drive operational consistency and performance in line with global standards. 

• Develop and coach the local leadership team and support talent development and succession planning. 

• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. 

Commercial & Customer Partnership:

• Partner with Commercial and Solutions teams to support new business, pilots, revenue growth, and customer delivery. 

• Ensure Manila has the operational capability and capacity to support new business opportunities. 

• Lead local teams in delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. 

• Support strategic customer relationships and local customer escalations when required. 

Financial & Business Performance:

• Own the Manila country P&L and deliver performance against agreed budgets and targets. 

• Manage local operating costs and CAPEX effectively. 

• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, utilisation, and profitability. 

• Ensure costs remain aligned with business requirements and revenue. 

• Use operational and financial data to identify risks and opportunities and support informed decision-making. 

People & Culture:

• Provide effective leadership and line management to senior local teams. 

• Support the implementation of Testronic's Global Competency Model and performance frameworks. 

• Drive employee engagement, development, and retention. 

• Work with the CEO, CPTO, and People teams to deliver consistent employee communications and initiatives at site level. 

• Lead by example and promote Testronic's values and culture across the Manila organisation. 

Risk Management & Business Continuity:

• Lead local risk management, governance, and compliance in partnership with relevant global functions. 

• Ensure compliance with local legislation and Testronic policies. 

• Maintain effective Business Continuity and operational resilience plans. 

• Ensure Manila is prepared to respond to operational disruption, technology outages, workforce risks, and other business continuity challenges. 

• Support regular risk assessments, continuity testing, and contingency planning. 

Global Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the COO and Global Operations leadership on reporting, processes, and operating model development. 

• Provide accurate operational and business information to support global decision-making. 

• Share Manila insights and best practices to support continuous improvement across Testronic. 

• Collaborate across functions and countries to deliver the company's strategy and business plan. 

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Gaming QA with proven ability to lead and coach this at scale.  
• Deep experience in building, developing, and scaling large QA teams 
• Significant senior leadership experience in a large-scale, operational environment. 
• Proven experience leading a country, site, business unit, or large operational function. 
• Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L, budgeting, and cost management. 
• Experience leading organisational change, transformation, or operational improvement. 
• Experience managing large, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams. 
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, capacity management, productivity, and cost optimisation. 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
• Strong customer and commercial mindset.
