A Day in the Life:   

• Understanding Canadian industry landscape – Market, Consumers & Brand

• Support monthly Industry & consumer research analysis

• Support brand & consumer insight preparation and strategic analysis

• Competitor benchmark in key areas of the business to develop strategic recommendations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and insight tools that support business decisions.

• Leverage analytics, automation, visualization, and AI tools to improve reporting and insight generation.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Model managers, Marketing, Legal, purchasing etc. on key projects.

• Support leadership meetings – Agenda, planning, key discussions & actions thereon

Who We’re Looking for:

• Proficiency in Business applications – advanced knowledge in Excel (including VBA/Macro, etc.), Power BI, Python, etc. preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking, and communication skills.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, qualitative and detail-oriented skills.

• The ability to concisely summarize large amounts of data to drive decision-making    

• The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deal with conflicting deadlines and timelines. 

• Above all, the candidate must be a team player. 

Required:

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with co-op/internship in Business, Math/Science or Finance.
