UTA seeks a proactive, service-oriented Housekeeper to support the day-to-day operations of our New York office. This role is responsible for meeting support, workplace hospitality, inventory management, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $22.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

Front-of-House Hospitality & Meeting Support

• Support office meetings and events through conference room setup and breakdown, catering coordination, hospitality services, and ensuring meeting spaces remain organized, fully stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day

• Monitor meeting schedules and conference room activity using workplace technology

Facility Upkeep & Workplace Presentation

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of conference rooms, kitchens, pantries, common areas, restrooms, and mother's rooms to ensure spaces remain professional and welcoming between scheduled deep-cleaning services

• Respond promptly to spills, workplace requests, and facility-related issues

• Perform weekly deep cleaning

Inventory Replenishment & Supply Management

• Monitor inventory levels and replenish food, beverage, toiletry, and workplace supplies to ensure shared spaces remain fully stocked throughout the day

• Assist with workplace supply ordering and inventory tracking as needed

Team Support

• Partner closely with the Workplace Services team to deliver a high-quality employee and guest experience

• Support special projects and occasional after-hours events as needed

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in housekeeping, workplace services, hospitality, office support, facilities, or a similar role in a professional office environment

• Experience providing high-level customer service

• Proven ability to work independently and maintain a high level of performance

• Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, guests, and vendors

• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

• Comfortable using computer applications and workplace technology, including Outlook, Calendar, and tablets/iPads

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• English fluency is required for specific job functions, including communicating with staff, reading instructions, and documenting work

• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift or move items up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using workplace request or ticketing systems, such as ServiceNow

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
