Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Diese einflussreiche Rolle mit Sitz in Donauwörth innerhalb von Hosting & Cloud Services (PSL Infrastructure Services) stellt Sie an die Frontlinie der Plattformsicherheit und Compliance. Sie bietet eine ideale Plattform für Ihren Karriereaufbau – kombiniert mit Verantwortung, vollständiger Mentorschaft durch Experten und enger Zusammenarbeit mit Ihrem französischen Gegenpart für operative Spezialaufgaben.

• Change Governance: Agieren Sie als Gatekeeper für Systemaktualisierungen, indem Sie alle technischen Änderungsanträge vor der Umsetzung überprüfen und validieren.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Aufrechterhaltung des Cybersecurity-Status der Plattformen, Schutz vor Konfigurationsabweichungen und Sicherstellung, dass Systeme die regulatorischen Compliance-Standards strikt einhalten.
• Operational & Lifecycle Delivery: Koordinierung der täglichen Incident-Behebung und Nachverfolgung der Plattform-Lebenszyklen, um der Veralterung von Komponenten proaktiv entgegenzuwirken.
• Contract Steering: Steuerung externer Dienstleister, die routinemäßige, praktische technische Abläufe ausführen.
• Governance & Cross-Border Collaboration: Teilnahme an Sitzungen des Service Management Board (SMB) und enge Partnerschaft mit dem deutschen Team für beschränkte Umgebungen, um operative Methoden zu harmonisieren.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
• Mindset: Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Neugier, hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und eine große Lernbereitschaft. Sie blühen in einem Teamumfeld auf, das auf offener Kommunikation, gegenseitiger Unterstützung und kontinuierlichem Wissensaustausch basiert.
• Tech-Stack-Verständnis:
  • Virtualisierung: Grundlegendes Verständnis von VMware-, Nutanix- oder Hyper-V-Infrastrukturen.
  • Betriebssysteme: Erfahrung mit Windows und Linux sowie Kenntnisse über Unix-Systeme (AIX, Solaris).
  • Datenbanken & Management: Vertrautheit mit Oracle, MS SQL und zentralisierten Patching-Plattformen (SCCM, RedHat Satellite, WSUS).
  • Speicher (Storage): Grundlegende Konzepte von NetApp NAS-Architekturen.
• Soft Skills: Wachsamer Umgang mit Sicherheit und Compliance, ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und klare Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in einem kollaborativen, standortübergreifenden Umfeld.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Driven by rising cyber threats and strict regulations, our restricted environments are expanding rapidly to protect critical operations. Based in Donauworth within Hosting & Cloud Services (PSL Infrastructure Services), this high-impact role will places you at the frontline of platform security and compliance. It offers an ideal platform to build your career—combining responsibility and full mentorship from experts and close collaboration with your French operations specialist counterpart.

• Change Governance: Serve as the gatekeeper for system updates by reviewing and validating all technical change requests prior to implementation.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Maintain the cybersecurity posture of the platforms, guard against configuration drift, and ensure systems strictly adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
• Operational & Lifecycle Delivery: Coordinate daily incident resolution and track platform lifecycles to proactively address component obsolescence.
• Contract Steering: Direct external service contractors who execute routine, hands-on technical operations.
• Governance & Cross-Border Collaboration: Participate in Service Management Board (SMB) meetings and partner closely with the German Restricted Environments team to harmonize operational methods.

Desired skills and qualifications

• Completed degree in IT or a comparable field of study

• Technical Stack Awareness:
