You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic management of key retail accounts in Minas Gerais, acting as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring service excellence, strengthening relationships, and maximizing commercial results.

• High-impact commercial negotiation, including the development and execution of proposals, trade agreements, JBP (Joint Business Plan) initiatives, and customized strategies for sustainable growth of managed accounts.

• Monitoring and management of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring proper execution of company strategies at the point of sale and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in results.

• Data analysis and commercial intelligence, with the ability to turn information into actionable insights for decision-making, leveraging tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint to build reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

• Willingness to travel frequently focusing on client visits, in-store execution follow-ups, and participation in regional strategic meetings.

• Management and operation of internal company tools and systems, ensuring accurate data input, process tracking, and adherence to established operational workflows.
