What you will be doing: Key responsibilities
Your role is to coordinate LatAm marketing operations in a generalist capacity, driving growth and content initiatives across multiple simultaneous fronts. Your key areas of focus include:
- CRM & Lead Lifecycle Management: Design and optimize CRM campaigns (automation flows, nurturing, and re-engagement segmented by funnel stage in Salesforce/Pardot), reactivate stalled leads, and identify conversion-ready prospects.
- Paid Media & AI-Driven Workflows: Manage and optimize paid media (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads), build AI workflows (automations, agents, content review, GEO/SEO, brand monitoring), conduct weekly funnel analysis, and coordinate agencies and vendors.
- Content Creation & Editorial Strategy: Drive content creation (LinkedIn, newsletters, YouTube) from editorial planning through review and publication.
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Leverage data and funnel metrics (GA4, Looker Studio, advanced Excel/Sheets) with autonomy to make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Autonomous Execution: Bridge strategy and execution with a solid foundation in growth, strong writing skills, and the ability to operate independently without direct supervision.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Education: Bachelor's degree within the last 5 years in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.Generalist
- Profile: Repertoire spanning more than one marketing front (CRM, paid media, content, analytics) with a balance of strategy and execution.
- Growth & CRM Expertise: Proven experience in growth, CRM, or B2B marketing (portfolio or case studies mandatory), with mastery of CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar).
- Paid Media & AI Integration: Knowledge of paid traffic management (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads) and practical use of AI in work (Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or similar) with concrete automation examples.
- Content Production: Experience creating content (articles, posts, newsletters, emails) with strong writing skills.
- Data & Analytics: Ability to read data and funnel metrics (GA4, Looker Studio, advanced Excel/Sheets) with autonomy to make data-driven decisions.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently without direct step-by-step supervision.
- Languages: Advanced English required.
