Job Description:
An opportunity for MRO&Combat controller in Operations F&C has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid area) and San Pablo (Sevilla)
RESPONSABILITIES
You will perform a complete set of finance activities:
Integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO and Combat in TFAO level following a standard and agile process to increase the operational synergies and support its competitiveness.
Definition, prioritization and management of transversal projects for MRO and Combat.
Transformation projects for MRO and Combat in order to find synergies and efficiency that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out.
Conso Workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAO.
Automatization processes participation and tools to optimise the resource plan.
Challenge the MRO and Combat business to ensure an accurate performance planning.
Decision-making support to the MRO and Combat controller TFAO and operative areas.
Generating the following outputs:
- Common procedures and ways of working to assure the efficiency performance of the matrix organization by programs, functions and legal entities.
- Financial driver analysis and reporting of the activity performance (budgets by cost centers and Programs), workload controlling, etc.
- This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth
SKILLS:
Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent
Excellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince
Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks
Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management
Negotiation level of English and Spanish
