Revlon busca incorporar un/a Control Tower Specialist para su equipo de Supply Chain en Tarragona.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de garantizar la visibilidad, coordinación y control de los flujos logísticos de extremo a extremo, actuando como punto central de control para monitorizar las operaciones, identificar riesgos e incidencias y coordinar acciones que aseguren el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio.
Principales responsabilidades
• Supervisar diariamente las operaciones logísticas y de transporte, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los flujos de distribución.
• Proporcionar visibilidad integral de la cadena de suministro, identificando proactivamente riesgos, desviaciones e interrupciones.
• Coordinar la resolución de incidencias con equipos de Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Producción, Compras, Almacenes y proveedores logísticos.
• Monitorizar KPIs clave como OTIF, nivel de servicio, plazos de entrega, disponibilidad de stock e incidencias de transporte.
• Gestionar escalaciones operativas e implementar acciones correctivas para minimizar el impacto en clientes y negocio.
• Elaborar informes de seguimiento y proponer iniciativas de mejora continua.
• Colaborar en proyectos de optimización de procesos y de la red logística.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs) con operadores logísticos y transportistas.
• Participar en iniciativas orientadas a la reducción de costes y mejora del servicio.
• Garantizar la calidad y fiabilidad de los datos utilizados para la gestión de las operaciones.
Requerimientos
• Titulación universitaria en Logística, Supply Chain, Ingeniería, ADE o similar.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Supply Chain, Logística, Transporte o entornos de Control Tower.
• Experiencia en coordinación y gestión de proveedores logísticos.
• Experiencia en análisis de KPIs y seguimiento del rendimiento operativo.
• Nivel avanzado de Excel.
• Valorable experiencia con SAP, Power BI y otras herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos.
