À propos de ce poste Contracts Specialist chez AnySignal
Contracts Specialist
Company
AnySignal is developing the next generation of RF products and services for some of the most demanding space and defense missions. We’re building a flexible, high-performance platform that’s easy to deploy, monitor, and scale — enabling customers to bring advanced radio technologies to life faster than ever before.
The Role
We're hiring our first Contracts Specialist to own the day-to-day operation of AnySignal's commercial contracting. We need a dedicated specialist that can unblock our legal leadership and allow our team to execute more efficiently as we scale into larger more complex opportunities.
You'll be the first point of contact for contracts across the company, running intake, redlining against approved playbooks, tracking obligations, and keeping our contract records in a state where anyone can find what they need in under a minute. Where something is genuinely novel or high-risk, you escalate. Everything else, you close.
This is a hands-on operating role at a company that builds real hardware for real missions. You'll work directly with our General Counsel and partner closely with business development, supply chain, production, finance, and engineering.
What You'll Do
Run contract intake end to end. Triage incoming requests, assign priority, and drive agreements from first draft to signature.
Draft, review, and redline recurring commercial agreements: NDAs, MSAs, statements of work, purchase and supply agreements, vendor and consultant agreements, and teaming agreements.
Build and maintain contract playbooks and templates so common terms get handled consistently without a lawyer in the loop.
Own the contract lifecycle system. Maintain the repository, track key dates, renewals, and deliverables, and make sure obligations don't get missed.
Support flow-down and compliance requirements on government and prime contractor work, including export control, cybersecurity, and reporting terms.
Coordinate signature, execution, and records retention, and keep finance and sales aligned on contract status.
Support corporate and compliance projects alongside the General Counsel, including entity records, policy administration, insurance, and audit preparation.
What We're Looking For
4+ years in contracts administration, contract management, or a paralegal role with substantial commercial contracting responsibility.
Direct experience drafting and redlining commercial agreements independently, with clear judgment about what you can resolve and what needs to escalate.
Comfort operating without a large legal department behind you. You've built or meaningfully improved a process, not just worked inside one.
Strong organizational discipline. You track obligations and deadlines without being reminded.
Clear written communication with non-legal partners in sales, finance, and engineering.
Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA.
Nice to Have
Paralegal certificate or equivalent formal training.
Experience at a hardware, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense-adjacent company.
Familiarity with government contracting concepts, FAR and DFARS flow-downs, or ITAR and EAR requirements.
Experience implementing or administering a contract lifecycle management platform.
Exposure to procurement, supplier onboarding, or vendor risk review.
Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 per year, plus equity. This range reflects our good-faith estimate for this position at the time of posting. The final base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes an equity grant and our full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), HSA's and 401K program.
Export Control Requirements
To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR, applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
