Dynamis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to serve as the driving force behind performance and accountability on this critical USMS Blanket Purchase Agreement. As the Contractor's authorized representative and single point of contact for all technical and administrative matters, the Contract Manager will own the full spectrum of contract execution — from staffing and quality assurance to risk management and day-to-day operations — ensuring every requirement is delivered on time, on target, and to the standard USMS expects. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership: a seasoned Federal program manager who gets ahead of problems before they become issues, keeps operations running without interruption, and builds the kind of consistent, high-quality delivery that turns a single task order into a lasting partnership across the full scope of the BPA.
Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall ensure that an appropriate level of management and supervision is provided to accomplish the following:
• Provide orientation training for all new Contract Personnel prior to assignment
• Provide day-to-day supervision of Contractor personnel and assigned tasks
• Maintain on-site supervision of the Contractor workforce
• Provide on-the-job training for new personnel to ensure readiness and proficiency
• Conduct periodic and refresher training for Contractor personnel as required
• Develop and manage scheduling for Contractor employees to ensure continuous coverage
• Perform on-site quality control of all work performed by Contractor personnel
• Serve as the primary interface between the Contractor and the Federal COR on all technical and administrative matters
• Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and in accordance with established timelines
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Program Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 6 years of specialized experience demonstrating the ability to successfully manage a contract of similar scope, size, and complexity
- Ability to pass a Federal Government National Crime Information Center (NCIC) background check
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of client and contractor personnel
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large, diverse workforce under a Federal contract
- Working knowledge of applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant Federal contracting requirements
Preferred:
- PMP Certification
- Secret clearance
