Overview and Main Responsibilities

We are seeking an Order and Contract Management Professional, The ideal candidate will have proven experience effectively managing the sales order cycle.

This position, based in Bogotá, Colombia, is responsible for providing excellent support to both internal and external clients, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate meetings with different departments to ensure the proper flow of purchase orders.
• Prepare required reports on area management and processes and present them when requested.
• Maintain constant communication with clients and internal company areas to guarantee smooth order processing.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and area reports.
• Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders accurately.
• Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and DOA.
• Monitor and manage the backlog.

Who are we looking for?

• Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Advanced Excel skills: SAP knowledge preferred.
• Intermediate English level, with knowledge in auditing and the electrical sector.

Buscamos un Profesional de gestión de órdenes y contratos el candidato ideal tendrá experiencia gestionar de forma efectiva el ciclo de la orden de venta.

El puesto de Profesional de gestión de órdenes y contratos, con sede en Bogotá, Colombia, es responsable de brindar una adecuada atención a clientes internos y externos con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

• Gestionar y liderar las reuniones con las diferentes áreas para garantizar el correcto flujo de la orden de compra.
• Preparar informes requeridos sobre la gestión y procesos del área y en caso de solicitarse socializarlos.
• Mantener comunicación constante con el cliente y las áreas internas de la compañía para garantizar el buen flujo de la orden de compra.
• Elaboración y seguimiento de KPIs e informes del área.
• Recibir, validar y procesar de manera adecuada las órdenes de compra de los clientes. 
• Asegurar cumplimiento de procesos, políticas internas y DOA. 
• Monitorear y gestionar el Backlog. 

¿A quién estamos buscando?

• Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, administración de empresas o afines
• De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados
• Manejo de Excel avanzado y preferiblemente conocimientos en SAP
• Nivel de inglés intermedio, conocimientos en auditoría, conocimiento en el sector eléctrico.
