Our Journey
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative Content Creator who’s confident both behind the camera and in front of it. You’ll make lo-fi, social-first content for our paid ads on Meta, TikTok, and more, and also feature as a face of ShopBack across our organic channels (TikTok and Instagram Reels).
You’ll bring ideas to life quickly, in a way that feels real, fun, and native to each platform. You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, as well as our Social, Growth, and Performance Marketing teams to make content that works as hard as it looks good.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Ad Creative (Meta & TikTok)
Create scroll-stopping, UGC-style video ads for Meta and TikTok, from concept through to final cut.
Turn briefs from the Growth & Performance teams into multiple hooks, angles and variations for testing.
Review ad performance with the team and use it to iterate on what’s working.
Keep ads feeling like native content, not ads.
Organic Content & On-Camera Talent
Appear on camera in TikToks, Reels and Shorts, bringing personality, humour and energy.
Run lo-fi content end to end: ideate, script, shoot (mobile-first), edit, caption and publish.
Plan and deliver a consistent flow of content with the Content Manager.
Use insights, analytics and trends to improve how content performs.
Trends & Innovation
Stay across platforms, audio and editing trends and cultural moments.
Experiment with new lo-fi formats and storytelling styles to grow reach and engagement.
Pitch fresh ideas and quick prototypes.
Day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist with content uploads across ad platforms
Provide concise and engaging ad copy and ad text/descriptions
Requirements
Experience in social content creation, UGC-style content or short-form video production.
Strong filming and editing skills, with a mobile-first approach.
Comfortable on camera, with personality, humour and relatability.
Proficient in CapCut, Canva and Descript, or similar lightweight tools.
Solid understanding of TikTok, Reels and trends
A fast-moving self-starter who can produce high volumes of content quickly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A genuine passion for social culture and content that feels current, fun and engaging.
