As a Contract Administrator Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the operational aspects of our legal team within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your work will involve streamlining processes, implementing technology solutions, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee vendor relationships, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve overall legal department performance.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful stakeholder connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the operational aspects of the legal team to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Streamlining processes and implementing technology solutions to support legal operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve legal department performance
- Overseeing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts to align with organizational goals
- Providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and enhance legal strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex legal concepts and inform recommendations
- Developing and maintaining compliance with regulations to minimize legal risks
- Leading change management efforts to embrace new technologies and processes within the legal team

What You Must Have
- At least a Graduate or post graduate degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
