Process Improvement Opportunities:

• Creating an established turnback tracking system in Oracle
• Automating the consolidation of final inspection paperwork for Quality Assurance
• Creating automated commercial invoice templates which can export directly from Oracle for the logistics team
• Creating a method to compare builds of the same type of product for individual line-item costs to learn from a build once complete
• Experience with data analysis software (i.e. Excel, Power BI) to track process performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Excellent organization and verbal and written communication skills
