Content Lead (m/f/d)

Your Role:

We're looking for someone who's phenomenal at telling stories and making content.
Not a social media manager. Not someone waiting for briefs. We're looking for a creative producer and storyteller who can find a story, figure out the angle, pick up a camera and make it.

You'll develop the creative direction behind LAP's content, create recurring formats and produce content end to end across our existing channels and whatever platform matters next. One day you might follow the founder through a new store decision. The next you're filming customers on the street, documenting a launch, interviewing a barista or turning something ridiculous that happened at HQ into a story.

You'll work directly with the founders and have unusual access to the people, decisions, wins, failures and chaos behind building LAP. This is a highly entrepreneurial role and a serious jumping board for the right person.

Your job is simple: make LAP impossible to ignore.

Responsibilities:

• Build our presence on TikTok and Instagram from idea to published post, and become one of the faces of the brand along the way.

• Own our channels end to end: ideas, producing, posting.

• Turn our stores, people, products, openings, partnerships and the things that happen every day into content people actually want to watch.

• Spot trends early and make them feel like LAP, not like another brand copying TikTok.

• Grow our audience from where it is today into the millions.

• Develop creative direction, build formats and recurring ideas, not just one off content, and move fast enough to actually make them.

• Work closely with the founders, Growth, Brand and the rest of the team.

• Build the content playbook and eventually the team around it.

No endless approval chains. No waiting for a brief. We want someone who makes things happen.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a slightly unusual person. You might be the one if:

• You understand TikTok and Instagram almost instinctively.

• You have very strong opinions about what is good content.

• You've built an audience or grown an account before. It doesn't have to be a huge one.

• You can go from idea to phone to published video without needing someone to hold your hand.

• You're comfortable on camera and don't take yourself too seriously.

• You move fast. You figure things out. You don't wait for perfect conditions.

• You're smart, curious and genuinely excited to understand how a business works.

• You have high agency: when you see something that should happen, you make it happen.

• You care about performance, but know that not everything good can be measured in a spreadsheet.

• You have great taste and care about making things that feel right for the brand, not just things that perform.

• You speak fluent German and English and are based in Berlin.

You don't need to tick every box. If you're smart, hungry, hardworking, have great taste and make things happen, we'd rather meet you than reject you because you don't have the "right" background.

The Practicals

• Location: Berlin HQ (with occasional travel)

• Language: Fluent German and English required.
