• Liase communication, customer experience, and roadmap with the Product team and stakeholders, ensuring a robust communication calendar and planning new tests and automations;
• Collaborating with Data Engineering and IT teams to develop and implement efficient and scalable automations;
• Creating, managing, and executing multichannel campaigns and journeys (email marketing, push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app messages, banners, landing pages), focusing on segmentation and personalization;
• Analyzing customer profiles and behavior to support audience segmentation and deliver highly relevant offers and content, driving performance;
• Ensuring all text, approaches, and content align with the brand's positioning and communication standards, including tone of voice and language consistency;
• Structuring, executing, and evaluating A/B tests, monitoring metrics such as engagement and conversion, documenting learnings, and implementing continuous improvements;
• Developing and presenting analyses and executive reports, transforming complex data into actionable insights through clear and impactful storytelling;
• Ensuring all activities and data handling comply with compliance standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in CRM, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing; 
• Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion funnel metrics; 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; 
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, RD Station, HubSpot) and data/analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Power BI); 
• Advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; 
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database queries and analyses; 
• Experience with artificial intelligence applications for marketing or practical everyday use.
