How you will create an impact

•     Answer incoming calls and responds to customers’ emails

•     Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email; follows up customer calls where necessary

•     Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information

•     Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommends improved procedures

•     Research, identify, and resolve customer queries/complaints using applicable software; escalate priority issues

•     Document all call information according to standard operating procedures; completes call logs and reports

What you’ll need to succeed

• Some relevant professional experience in the insurance/ financial sector would be considered as an asset
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Advanced verbal and written communication & listening skills
• Ability to analyze problems and proceed with problem solving
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player
