Position:  Temp Consumer Relations Associate Reports to: ​Sr. Brand Manager​ 

We are looking for a ​​Temporary Consumer Relations Associate​​ to support our Marketing team on an hourly, remote basis. Our ​​Consumer Relations Associate​​ will help us respond to a high volume of consumer emails and calls across our brands, including our sister company One Degree Organic Foods. 

Opportunities  

This is a short-term role focused on helping our Consumer Relations team work through an increase in consumer inquiries. You will respond to consumer questions and complaints with care, log cases accurately, and escalate sensitive issues to the team. Full training is provided. 

Requirements

Here is who you are…  

• You are patient, friendly and professional, including with consumers who are upset or frustrated 

• You write clear, warm and error-free emails 

• You are organized, reliable and comfortable working independently from home 

• You have some customer service experience (call centre, retail and hospitality all count) 

• You are comfortable with MS Office, and experience with Zen Desk or IssueTrak is an asset 

things you will do…  

• Respond to consumer emails and calls in a prompt and courteous manner, following our response guidelines 

• Log all consumer contacts accurately in Zen Desk and IssueTrak 

• Resolve routine issues (e.g., replacements, coupons) within established guidelines 

• Escalate sensitive, complex or quality-related issues to QA, Compliance, Operations, R&D, Marketing and Consumer Relations 

• Stay up to date on product knowledge for the brands you support 

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Weekday hours, with occasional flexibility as needed 

Hourly Rate - $22 - $24/
