Responsibilities:

• Contributes actively to the evaluation of new and complex applications and identifiication of new system requirements through applying technical leadership competencies

• Contributes to the communication and presentations on system enhancements

• Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades

• Troubleshoots problems with software on a third level

• Applies procedures and protocols for software

• Contributes to the conception of new business requirement and development of IT solutions (e.g. SAP)

• Implements further improvement of IT applications, technologies or services
  
  For Operations Manager

• Manages capacity allocation and alignment with Team Leads

• Responsible and accountable for IT application support & monitoring of one IT application

• Ensures the adherence to defined SLAs, acts as escalation level if incidents are stuck, assigns incidents and tracks the execution state

• Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
