The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a conductive product marketer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing CHK conductive business and product strategy, creating solutions for highly complex, multi-faceted challenges.

• Providing marketing leadership across customer insights, economic analysis,

market research, new product introductions, strategic planning, integrated

communications pricing and competition analysis.

• Leading cross-functional team, partnering with electronic market customers to discover and generate new business opportunities through application

development, existed product CMP or new product development, demonstrating the value of 3M solutions to gain new business or prevent the loss of existing business.

• Planning, organizing, and directing all marketing activities and policies across

multiple disciplines, including market research, channel/product marketing, digital, business/market development, branding, pricing, new product introduction, price maintenance, deviated pricing, bids and quotes, business agreements and price optimizations.

 

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Five years of experience in a P&L managing role with related product line or

portfolio

• With at least three years of Consumer Electronic

• Good project management experience

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Collaborative interpersonal style with experience leading project teams

• Passion and curiosity to address industry challenges

Travel： 25%-30%
