PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $21.78-$26.63 hourly. The full Pay Range is $21.65-$31.44 hourly. hourly.BENEFITS – because people helping people starts with supporting you

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
As a Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of BECU and the first connection members have with our organization. You’ll create meaningful experiences by helping members navigate their financial journey, connecting them with the right resources, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, seamless, and supportive. Your ability to anticipate needs, provide guidance, and bring the BECU brand to life will help strengthen member relationships and contribute to an exceptional branch experience. Every day, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, efficient, and member-focused environment where people feel valued, informed, and empowered to achieve their financial goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Create Exceptional First Impressions: Welcome members and visitors with prompt, friendly, professional service that makes every interaction feel positive and engaging.
- Guide the Member Experience: Manage branch traffic flow by understanding member needs and connecting them with the right team members and resources.
- Coordinate Appointments: Schedule, track, and support appointments for branch staff to help ensure a smooth and efficient member experience.
- Maintain a Welcoming Environment: Keep the lobby and refreshment areas clean, organized, stocked, and inviting for members and guests.
- Support Member Spaces: Ensure member-facing areas are functional, actively utilized, well-organized, and ready to support a positive branch experience.
- Promote Digital Banking Success: Demonstrate remote service capabilities and digital banking tools, helping members confidently access and use BECU’s full range of self-service options.
- Be a Trusted Resource: Develop a strong understanding of BECU departments, services, and resources so you can confidently respond to member questions and connect them to the right solutions.
- Assist with Everyday Transactions: Support members with express services and routine transactions while delivering accurate and efficient service.
- Identify Opportunities to Help: Build knowledge of deposit and lending products and services so you can recognize member needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and educate members on available resources.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with colleagues throughout the credit union to share information, coordinate efforts, and contribute to organizational success.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to enhance processes, service quality, and the overall member experience while supporting BECU’s commitment to excellence.
- Contribute Where Needed: Take on additional responsibilities and projects that support team goals, member needs, and business priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or associated Certification (GED) required.
- Minimum one year of experience in sales oriented, financial or retail customer service environment required.
- Minimum one year of sales experience in a financial retail environment preferred.
- Proficient PC skills, with the ability to learn new software.
- Ability to work a shifting/flexible schedule; this requires evenings, nights or weekends.
- Additional hours as necessary to accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
- Ability to sit or stand for periods of up to one hour or more.
