Job Description:

A position of Temp Spain - Compliance Manager has just opened within Airbus in Madrid, Spain. You will join the Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance department (LMO).

Tasks & accountabilities:

The Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance department (LMO) supports this commitment through the promotion of an ethical and compliant culture across the Commercial Aircraft business and its affiliated companies.

The Temp Spain is a member of the LMO team. He or she is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the Airbus Ethics & Compliance Programme within Commercial Aircraft operations in Spain. This includes: 

• Advising and responding to employees regarding Ethics & Compliance inquiries and requests, including on conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, and sponsorships & donations;

• Coordinating and animating the local network of Ethics & Compliance Representatives; 

• Contributing to the promotion of a strong Ethics & Compliance / Speak Up culture, including conducting investigations and providing training and awareness; 

• Supporting the Ethics & Compliance due diligence assessment of third parties; 

• Supporting communications and reporting to key local stakeholders; 

• Contributing to second level controls including supporting the conduct of audits and risk assessments;

• Travelling periodically within Spain and to the Commercial Aircraft headquarters in Toulouse, France; 

• Contributing to the wider activities related to deployment of the Commercial Aircraft E&C programme needed. 
   

Required educational background and experience

• A Master degree in business law, finance, business administration or a related field (specialisation in Compliance a plus);

• Strong relationship building and communication skills;

• Organised and able to work autonomously while maintaining a team player mindset;

• Professional experience as a lawyer or compliance manager in an international environment a plus;

• Languages: full professional working proficiency in English and Spanish;

• Proficient with necessary software tools (Gsuite).

 Un poste de Temporaire Espagne - Responsable Conformité vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus à Madrid, en Espagne. Vous rejoindrez le département Commercial Aircraft Ethics & Compliance (LMO) d'Airbus. 

Tâches & responsabilités:

Le Temporaire Espagne - Responsable Conformité fait partie de l'équipe LMO. Il ou elle est chargé(e) de soutenir la mise en œuvre quotidienne du programme d'éthique et de conformité d'Airbus dans les opérations de la division commerciale en Espagne.

Principales responsabilités:

• Conseiller les employés et répondre à leurs questions et demandes en matière d’éthique et de conformité, notamment sur les conflits d’intérêts, les cadeaux et l’hospitalité ainsi que les parrainages et les dons ; 

• Coordonner et animer le réseau local de représentants en matière d’éthique et de conformité ; 

• Contribuer à la promotion d’une solide culture du « Speak Up» / de l’éthique et de la conformité, en menant des enquêtes, en assurant la formation et la sensibilisation ; 

• Soutenir l'évaluation due diligence des tiers en matière d’éthique et de conformité ;

• Soutenir les communications et les rapports aux principaux intervenants locaux ; 

• Contribuer aux contrôles de second niveau, notamment en soutenant la conduite d’audits et d’évaluation des risques ; 

• Voyager périodiquement en Espagne et au siège de la division Commerciale à Toulouse, en France ;

• Contribuer aux activités plus larges relatives au déploiement du programme d’éthique et de conformité d’Airbus selon les besoins.  

Formation et expérience requises

• Titulaire d’un master en droit des affaires, finance, commerce et management international ou d’un domaine connexe (une spécialisation en compliance est un plus) ;

• Solides compétences en établissement de relations et en communication ;

• Organisé(e) et capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en conservant un bon esprit d’équipe;

• Une expérience pratique comme avocat ou compliance manager dans un environnement international est un plus ;

• Langues : parfaite maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais et de l’espagnol ;

• Maîtrise des outils de la suite Google.
