We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve assessing patients’ mental health needs, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in mental health nursing.
