At FIGS, we are growing our global presence to serve more Awesome Humans around the world — and we’re looking for a Community Manager, Mexico to help us lead the charge. You will help shape FIGS’ presence in the Mexico market, acting as a local brand steward, relationship builder, and community connector. You’ll lead marketing campaigns and partnerships that bring FIGS to life in culturally relevant ways, while building and nurturing a passionate local community of healthcare professionals. 

This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up — combining brand marketing, influencer strategy, community building, and campaign execution — in one of FIGS’ highest priority international regions. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and strategic, entrepreneurial and collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. 

What You’ll Do: 

Community & Relationship Building 

• Own and grow FIGS’ local community of healthcare professionals through grassroots initiatives, events, partnerships, and ambassador programs. 
• Cultivate long-term relationships with influential figures in the healthcare space, from key opinion leaders to rising voices on social. 
• Identify and help onboard new brand ambassadors and influencers who authentically represent FIGS in your market. 
• Serve as a cultural translator — ensuring FIGS shows up with authenticity, respect, and relevance in your region. 

Integrated Campaign Planning 

• Translate global strategies into region-specific activations that resonate with your market’s unique culture and values. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Brand Creative, Social, Events, Product, and Community to ensure campaigns are cohesive and on-brand. 

Brand Stewardship 

• Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all local marketing efforts, in line with FIGS’ global brand guidelines. 
• Own how FIGS shows up in your market, ensuring the brand is expressed in culturally relevant, resonant, and locally authentic ways. Lead the execution of retail, influencer, digital, and social strategies, as well as events—elevating FIGS’ presence and deepening emotional connection with the community.

Campaign & Partnership Execution 

• Lead the implementation of influencer, ambassador, and surprise-and-delight gifting programs tied to brand and product moments. 
• Identify and manage local partners and vendors for creative production, events, and campaign activations. 
• Track and report on campaign performance and ambassador/influencer success, sharing key learnings and recommendations. 
• Collaborate closely with the international digital team and global brand team to ensure market strategies align with overall brand direction while tailoring execution to resonate locally. 

Market Insights & Innovation 

• Stay close to local culture, trends, competitors, and the healthcare landscape — using your insights to inform campaign strategies and creative thinking. 
• Bring bold ideas to the table rooted in local relevance, brand opportunity, and healthcare community needs. 

What You Bring: 

• 6+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer/community marketing, or integrated campaign execution, ideally with a global or regional focus. 
• Deep understanding of your local culture and healthcare landscape — with the ability to build trusted relationships within it. 
• Demonstrated experience working with social media influencers, managing brand ambassador programs, and measuring performance. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality — able to work autonomously while collaborating across global teams. 
• Experience managing external partners, agencies, and vendors. 
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — in English and Spanish 
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed (up to 2x per month).

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $90,000 and $110,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience. 

Additional Compensation and Benefits 

• Equity: All FIGS employees have the opportunity to own shares of FIGS stock through our new-hire equity program. Additionally, FIGS provides a discount when purchasing FIGS stock voluntarily through our FIGS Employee Stock Purchase Plan
