Funktion

Als Commercial Support Assistant ist es Ihr Ziel, die Key Account Manager und Sales Manager zu entlasten und das Team in einer 360°-Betrachtung bei allen Aufgaben zu 100 % zu unterstützen. Durch Ihre ganzheitliche und engagierte Arbeitsweise sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und tragen maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Teams bei.

Aufgaben

Marketing:

• Administrative Unterstützung des Vertriebs in allen Marketingbelangen

• Mitgestaltung von Werbemitteln sowie Pflege der Bild- und Datenbank

• Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Katalogen, Preislisten, Datenblättern und Verkaufsunterlagen

• Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Konzepte zur Produkt- und Markenaktivierung für alle Vertriebskanäle

• Einholung, Auswertung und Bündelung von Markt- und Kundenfeedback zur Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen

• Channelspezifische Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Identifizierung von Trends und Wachstumspotenzialen

• Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Wachstumsinitiativen für Produktgruppen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb

• Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung von Promotionsaktivitäten sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Promotions und Produkteinführungen (inkl. finanzieller und mengenbezogener Aspekte) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Activation Team

• Steuerung von Aktivierungsmaßnahmen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle (online & offline) in enger Abstimmung mit dem Brand und Digital Team

• Portfolioanalyse und -management bei Schlüsselkunden sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen (z. B. Verkaufsförderung, Daten- und Content-Optimierung)

• Mediathek-Administration (Kundenregistrierung, Bildrechtevereinbarungen, Johnenshop-Bestellungen)

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Meetings und Veranstaltungen (z. B. Außendienstmeetings, Kundenbesuche, Handelsvertretertreffen)

Vertrieb:

• Detaillierte Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Listungen, Preislisten, Neuheiten und Umlistungen (inkl. Excel SVERWEIS)

• Erstellung von MAPPS in Salesforce sowie Preiskalkulationen und Margenkontrolle

• Bearbeitung und Versand von Briefen, Bildern und Datenblättern

• Katalogbearbeitung (DEWALT, Stanley, Kundenkataloge)

• Vorbereitung und Organisation von Messen

• Unterstützung der Country-, Key Account- und Account Manager in allen Geschäftsbereichen (Angebote, Aktionen, Verkaufsunterlagen, Meetings, Präsentationen)

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vertriebliche Ausbildung

• Berufserfahrung und technische Affinität

• Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel), SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil

• Kommunikationsstärke, Kontaktfreudigkeit und ein sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten

• Argumentationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
