The Commercial Enablement Manager is responsible for acting as the go-to expert for commercial tools and processes, providing day-to-day support, serving as a trusted business partner to Sales— answering requests, helping them overcome operational challenges and navigate commercial Processes.
This position reports to the Director EMEA Commercial Enablement and is part of the Commercial Excellence Team, located in Budapest, Hungary and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
- Partner with Sales teams and Zone leaders to deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support that drives effective use of Salesforce, Qlik dashboards, and core commercial processes.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and data interpretation to support commercial decision-making, including leading recurring reviews to assess holds, supply constraints, and other customer-impacting issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage support cases, resolve operational issues, and clarify business requirements.
- Support the execution of key commercial processes, including Demo, Territory Management, and Workflow Management, by conducting reviews, maintaining data accuracy, and addressing process-related actions and issues.
- Support the adoption and effective use of Salesforce, Qlik, and related commercial tools by troubleshooting user issues, testing enhancements, and communicating process and system changes.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial operations, commercial excellence, customer service, sales, or related commercial disciplines within a business-to-business environment.
- Experience working with large data sets and maintaining a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a matrix organization and translating complex processes and data into practical, business-relevant guidance.
- Proficiency in delivering user training and supporting the use of commercial systems, reporting tools, or business processes.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Current Driving license
- Ability to travel overnight internationally up to 15-20% of the time
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience delivering Trainings
- Experience in Territory Management, including supporting the design of sales territories, translating territory decisions into system setup, and maintaining accurate territory data.
- Experience in Order Management or Supply Chain processes, with an understanding of how commercial operations connect to customer fulfillment
