The Role & What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Finland.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded professional, whether you are early in your career or bring more experience, with a commercial or business education who wants to gain broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry and work closely with both Marketing and Sales.

In this role, no two days are exactly the same. You will be at the center of our commercial organization, coordinating activities, keeping multiple projects moving and helping the team focus on what matters most.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Commercial Coordinator role will make an impact:

·       Supporting marketing activities, materials and advertising requests

·       Supporting commercial digital activities

·       Supporting purchase orders and supplier-related processes

·       Acting as local support for contract approval processes

·       Coordinating meetings, events, congresses and group travel

·       Working with travel agencies and other service providers

·       Providing administrative and office facilities support

·       Helping the Commercial team with a variety of day-to-day projects and tasks

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Studies or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, administration or a similar role
• Good digital skills and confidence working with different systems and tools, with confidence in AI implementation in daily work to improve efficiency, quality and productivity
• A proactive and hands-on attitude
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Working proficiency in English and Finnish language
